Latvian made Hammond from 1937!
Trying out a Latvian Hammond organ, made by the VEF factory in 1937. The Lutheran Church is a really interesting room to play and you can feel the notes flying out in the room. Felt like Amazing Grace would be a nice song for the occasion. I am quite amazed by the story of this instrument and how it has survived both a World War and all the years of Soviet occupation. A privilege to get to play it.
