After a few days of Christmas and New Years holiday, it was just full speed ahead at the HQ! For quite some time, I’ve had a bunch of things to fix with my organs and leslies. I’ve been meaning to dot it myself, by it has been hard to find the time, and some of the tasks are outside my technical capability. A friend of mine from Munich, Quirin Niedermeier, who is also a brilliant organ tech came to Sweden for a week and worked on my gear. He went through my two B3’s and my A100, and 10 leslies of different varieties. In the picture, you can see them all.
So, finally, order is beginning to be restored in my universe! I’ll be trying out various combinations of organs and leslies and post the results. So stay tuned for that!
I will also try to make Quirins services available in Sweden to the greatest extent possible. Do drop me a line if you are interested!
And in general, 2026 seems to be an exciting year! I’ll be doing several trips abroad. Trinity is going to Germany in February, I will be playing a festival i Riga in March. In April there will be an Iceland trip and in May there will be a big 50th birthday celebration at Katalin.
Two records are being produced – Orgelparty Pop Edition and Small Town Orchestra.
More info to come on all of that!
