Well, it’s Friday, so let’s put out something to get the party started! Here’s a Jimmy Smith tribute with a version of “The Cat”. This was recorded about a year ago, at Katalin’s Jazzbar in Uppsala, Sweden. It was the first concert with this trio, called Souljazz Extravaganza, focusing on the groovy beats of the 60s. Enjoy!
