Since the beginning of my collaboration with Hans 8 years ago, we have sort of been taking turns in doing gigs in Norway and Sweden. A year ago Hans and Helene was in Uppsala and Gävle for a couple of shows and now we had a weekend in the Trondheim area. Me and drummer Ola Bothzén made the 10 hour drive to Trondheim the day before and so we could have a proper rehearsal in the morning before the gig. A really nice venue and a good sound techincian. I couldn’t fit two leslies on the stage bu in this setting, one worked just as good. And we had a great show! …until the fire alarm went off and the place had to be evacuated. While we were waiting in the streets outside the firetrucks came and inspected the situation. There probably wasn’t any major problems, so we could all go inside again and finish the concert.
