For the first time in five years, Trinity played att this wonderful old wooden church in the heart of the county of Dalarna. As you can see, not a lot of space in the front but it all worked out and it was a great concert.

Having had our last gig in April I was really excited to play with Trinity again. This was also the first concert on our 10th anniversary summer tour. Orsa kyrka has always been a great place to play and this time was no exception. Nice acustics, great audience and long warm applause.

Pub gig in the old town of Stockholm. 

As usual with this trio there was some high energy jazz. Just a few days earlier, Joel had his graduation concert at the Royal College of music in Stockholm. Tenor sax player Krister Andersson also played in the first set but had to leave in the first intermission so for the rest of the night…

First gig in a long time with this band. I used my Nord C2D with Leslie 2103mkII. Sound engineer loved it, so it might be a good setup also for higher intensity gigs such as this. I think it was quite an inspiring gig for all of us!

As always, a lot of hard swinging bebop when playing with Joel Svensson. Krister Andersson is always a delight on the tenor sax. For once, I brought my custom B3 to the gig.

Hedemora Blues Jam, a great monthly event in the town of Hedemora. Open jam between 2pm and 5 pm and then a main act playing a one set show. This time the main act was Arnesen Bluesband. What a great evening it was!

Hotel Mornington in Stockholm City hosts a very cozy jazz club every thursday night. 

Because of some practical problems I couldn't play at the game, so instead I played some in the café in the intermissions. Had a lot of fun! Looked up some karaoke versions on all types of songs and played played the melody on the organ.

Joel Svensson Trio with Krister Andersson played at Täby Jazzklubb. We had a great night!

As always, great fun playing with the blues band. The band was on fire and the audience was really digging!
