On the way home from Germany we stopped in Jönköping to do a gig at Malmbords konditori with my good friend Anders Jonasson.

Back at the crime scene! I played at the Pinneberg Summer jazz festival a few times before, but it has been at least 10 years since last time. Good to be back. And I must say, since we drove my Ford Transit there and back we're lucky we didn't get stuck somewhere on the way!

Two Stockholm churches in a row, and both new places for Trinity to play. Though we have a number of followers in the city, many hadn't heard us before so it's nice to grow your audience.

First time playing with Trinity in this magnificent church in Stockholm. The concert felt great and seemed to be well received with the audience.

Second time playing in Bergs kyrka.

Playing in Valbo kyrka has almost become a tradition. Let's hope it stays that way!

I was asked to come to Frösön musikdagar and do something special. After some consideration, I proposed a tribute to Kjell Öhman, one of my biggest heroes that sadly passaed away in the previous fall. It was both sad and beautiful, all at once.

Certainly a night to remember! Three concerts - Trinity, A tribute to Kjell Öhman and the release concert of Finally! To play with all these wonderful musicians one the same night was truly a blessing, and the love from everyone attending was heartwarming, to say the least. Hope to do it again sometime! The second act of this evening was a premiere. I had put together A tribute to Kjell Öhman for a concert in Frösön, about a month later and this was the perfect way to try it out before. A free rehearsal, so to speak, and a great addition to the evening. It's such a blessing…

Trondheim Jazz Festival was a really nice experience. Hadn't been there before. I took some time to walk around in the city and the surrounding hills, and it was time well spent. There even is a rock museum that I visited the last day. Oh, and did I mention, the concert was really fun as…

First gigs are always a little nervous, especially when you haven't played much together before. But it worked really well and it was a great first gig for this trio! They had arranged a C3 and Leslie 122 for me. Worked really well. 

We went to Östra husby (outside Norrköping) for two concerts. One school concert in the morning and a regular jazz concert in the evening.

A concert at the cozy Folkkulturcetrum in Hjorthagen. This time I played the Nord C2D.

A concert in Hedemora, the hometown of Karl Olandersson. Sagateatern is a really nice venue.  

We did four concerts at homes for elderly around Hedemora in Dalarna.

Always fun when a concert is sold out. It was the first time that we played the BB King set without drums and it was really nice!

Four concerts for elderly in and around Gagnef. Always very rewording to do these kind of gigs.

Hammond clinic at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. The organ is theirs, a Nord C2D with a Leslie 3300. 

What better way to spend Easter saturday than to play some blues?
