I was asked to fill in for Leo Lindberg at the organ hangout at Stampen. Johan Leijonhufvud and Miriam Netti also joined in. A great night, with a lot of brazilian music.

A wonderful organ festival at Sergels torg in Stockholm today. It was a tribute to Maria Johansson, a woman who for many years sat there almost every day playing and singing spritual songs. We've been playing churches for many years now but there are still places we haven't been, even in the Stockholm area. Thoguh, I hope to come back to this one. Nice church, great audience.

What a fascinating place! Klaverens hus has an enormous collection of pianos and organs. However, only Swedish made nstruments are exhibited, so no Hammonds.

The first Trinity gigs were on July 18th 2005.- Then we played first Årstakyrkan in Uppsala, and then Väddö kyrka in the evening. This day we did almost the same, except the Karl weren't with us at Väddö. Instead we we out jazz and poetry program. A very nice church with inspiring acoustics.

First Trinity gig in a while, but it sure doesn't feel like it. Once you count it in it's like it was only yesterday we played last. The church was full and we had a beautiful lunch concert.

Picnic i parken happens on wednesdays in July in Eskilstuna. The idea is to combine good music of all kinds. People come in the thousands to enjoy the music, weather and to have a picknick. And they really seemed to dig organ jazz as well!

Ali sometimes does concerts at his summer house in the archipelago north of Stockholm. The weather was kind of iffy and we were hesitant as to whether go through with the concert, but we did and it turned out nicely. A little cold but cosy.

Now and then Krister Andersson joins me and Ali, often for a church concert. The repertoire is similar to what we do with Trinity, and it's interesting to have another lead instrument than the trumpet. Especially whn it's someone like Krister.

Mondays at Skansen are all about jazz. First a band at the restaurant Gubbhyllan (today that was Triple A). Then a bigger concert at the main stage and later in the evening you can see and dance to big band jazz.

"The audience is usually never this quiet", one of the arrangers said after the concert. Always glad to hear things like that! The place was pckaed to capacity and we had a wonderful evening.

Fun playing with new people once in a while. This night I subbed in Claes Askelöf's trio, playing mostly his music. We had a lot of fun!
