This was a long awaited day! We’ve been planning this tour for a while, and changed the direction of the band a little. It used to be under mine and Hans’ name, focusing on our songs and some other blues. Now, however, this quartet is called Small Town Orchestra, which originally is a project that Hans and Helene has been doing for some years. The repertoire has changed a little, but even better, it feels more like a band now than before.
Hans and Helene came down from Norway about a week before and we’ve been rehearsing meticulously. Tonight was the premiere of our new concept and it went really well! This will be a fun tour for sure!
